ZoomInfo—AI Copilot Identity

Responsibilities: Art Direction, Competitive Research, Project Management, Brand Identity Development

I helped lead the art direction and vision for ZoomInfo’s Copilot identity, ensuring it seamlessly integrated into our recently refreshed brand while maintaining a distinct, ownable presence. From early-stage research to final execution, I worked closely with cross-functional teams—including product, marketing, and leadership—to develop a strategic, scalable identity that reflected Copilot’s significance as the company’s flagship AI-driven product.

Initially pitched as a small product enhancement, Copilot quickly became a company-wide priority, requiring a cohesive and well-researched brand identity. Our team conducted extensive research into AI branding trends, competitive positioning, and user expectations to inform our creative direction. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, we refined the positioning and visual language to ensure clarity, trust, and innovation were at the forefront.

Under tight deadlines, we executed a full suite of assets, including new design guidelines, design system expansions, and marketing collateral that supported every stage of Copilot’s launch. We developed robust landing pages, created over 10 storyboarded and animated videos, designed welcome flow emails, built pricing sheets, and crafted event experiences to establish a consistent and compelling brand presence. By combining research-driven design thinking with strong cross-team collaboration, I ensured that Copilot’s identity not only fit seamlessly within ZoomInfo’s evolving brand but also elevated its perception as a leader in AI-powered solutions.
